3. Access data & server logs

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files that your browser transmits (including browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address and time of the request). This data cannot be assigned to specific individuals and is processed to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve our services.

4. Cookies & local storage

This website only uses technically necessary storage entries. In addition to your choice in the cookie notice, we store a cookie named lang when you switch languages, so your preferred language (German or English) is used on your next visit. It is stored for up to twelve months and contains no personal data. No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

5. Language and country detection

To display the website in a suitable language, our server evaluates the language settings transmitted by your browser (Accept-Language header) and the country code that our hosting provider derives from your IP address for the duration of the request. This evaluation happens transiently while the page is delivered; no profiles are created and no additional data is stored.

6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

7. Appointment booking via Calendly

On our website we offer you the option of booking an appointment via the Calendly service. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Ste 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA.

When you book an appointment, the data you enter (name, email address, time zone and any further details) is stored on Calendly's servers for the purpose of appointment management. Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

8. Fonts (Google Fonts)

For a consistent presentation of fonts we use Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you open a page, your browser loads the required fonts, whereby your IP address may be transmitted to Google.
